No options for enter button to send message #265

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Type a text message
2. Wont send with the use of enter button
3. No options in settings to change this

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
An options to have the enter button send messages in the hard keyboard 
settings

What build are you using? Do you have apps-on-sd? What radio? Did you wipe
after flashing (yes if you are on an auto-wipe build)?
Using haykuro 5.0.2hr4 not apps to sd with the latest radio
yes wiped

Please provide any additional information below.
