MMS will not send when wifi enabled and connected #266

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn on WiFi and connect to network
2. Create MMS and send
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
MMS should send after a short amount of time.  I show MMS in sending state 
until i disable wifi, then it sends.

What build are you using? Do you have apps-on-sd? What radio? Did you wipe
after flashing (yes if you are on an auto-wipe build)? Build 5.0.2Hr4 
A2SD, A2SD installed successfully, radio 2.22.19.23, and wiped before 
flashing (always do).

Please provide any additional information below.
I also notice when wifi is enabled, my 3G (H icon) doesn't go away.  Seems 
as if process never FULLY stops to allow wifi to take over.  Tried a 
network speed test and it read my connection as EDGE (as it does when 
testing with 3G enabled) but posted WiFi connection speeds.  This leads me 
to believe 3G process never fully shuts off.
