On Call and someone else call , and you do not click over and answer, it mutes the current call and you cannot unmute it #270

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.talk on the phone with one person and have someone to call you and dont 
click over

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What build are you using? Do you have apps-on-sd? What radio? Did you wipe
after flashing (yes if you are on an auto-wipe build)?
newest h build, no apps on sd, newest sapphire radio and yes i wiped after 
flashing.

Please provide any additional information below.
