Youtube Link in browser gives #280

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Browser
2. Go to page with embedded Youtube video. 
3. Click on play in embedded youtube video. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is video plays.  Actual result is Web Page Not Available.

What build are you using? Do you have apps-on-sd? What radio? Did you wipe
after flashing (yes if you are on an auto-wipe build)? 5.02G no apps to SD,
latest sapphire radio.

Please provide any additional information below.

This works on TheDude's build.   I think it's that the Youtube app isn't
properly registering the URI for youtube: or maybe not receiving the intent.
