Soft Keyboard Stopped Working after switching to ADP 1.5 #290

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Any Input Prompt (Search, Browser, etc..)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to be able to use On Screen Keyboard. I have it enabled from:
   Settings -> Locale & Text -> [Check off] "Android Keyboard"

What build are you using? Do you have apps-on-sd? What radio? Did you wipe
after flashing (yes if you are on an auto-wipe build)?
I am running ADP1.5H with ota-radio-2_22_19. I switched from 5.0.2Hr5

You can close... Wipe fixed it.

It's probably not a good idea to switch between various different builds 
without a
wipe because the apps/settings vary a bit.
