STK missing... #294

I have upgraded to the newest ADP1.5Hr1 and surprisingly there is missing
the SIM Toolkit application :o(

Yank the adk from the H build and just install it from sdcard with Linda File 
Manager
or similar app.

It would be nice to have it in the next build. I don't like to spend hours with
installation of the software which was in the previous versions!

The ADP build isn't a previous build, it's a release made by google and tweaked.

I understand it. But as you tweak it you should add the most important 
application
which are not available in Android Market. And the STK is one of applications. 
IMHO
the same case is also the PDF Viewer.
