Google Maps Enhancement #308

The feature I would like to see is:
I would like to see our google maps look more like the iphone's google 
maps. the things that the g1's google maps are the bus and walking 
directions. i think its messed up how the iphone has the better google 
maps than the google phone

The build I want this on is:

Well why report it as a RFE here when it would be better to report it to Google 
directly?
