Signal issue on new Radio #322

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Flash New Radio

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Poor strangth, bad signal than before

What build are you using? Do you have apps-on-sd? What radio? Did you wipe
after flashing (yes if you are on an auto-wipe build)?

ADP1.5 is older than 5.0.2hr5... no exchange support(502hr3 works 
perfectly)
Poor signal strangth, have issue recover the signal when i get off subway

The source code for the radio firmware isn't open source, you will need to file 
a bug
with Google and/or HTC over this.
