Exchange mail doesnt give notifications on 5.0.2Hr5-A2SD #333

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Receive email on exchange email account
2.Notifications are enabled in settings
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Should make a notification (play notification sound and show up in toolbar) 
but nothing happens. Must manually check email to see if you've received 
any.

What build are you using? Do you have apps-on-sd? What radio? Did you wipe
after flashing (yes if you are on an auto-wipe build)?

5.0.2Hr5-A2SD, radio 2.22.19.26I

Please provide any additional information below.

Go to mail and click menu then go to more then settings then notification 
ringtone
and put a check by default it is set to off on exchange.

I reported this as a defect because i did have the notifications enabled and it 
still doesnt work.
