6.0 Install Problem #340

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install 6.0 on home page
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see it finish successfully, however instead I get this error:

"Copying files....
E:Can't chown/mod /system/xbin
(No such file or directory)
E:Failure at line 12: 
set_perm-recursive 0 2000 0755 0
6755 SYSTEM:xbin
Installation aborted"

What build are you using? Do you have apps-on-sd? What radio? Did you wipe
after flashing (yes if you are on an auto-wipe build)?
I'm going from ADP 1.5 to the new 6.0. No apps to sd, latest radio. I tried
installing twice with wipe and twice without wipe, both resulting in the
same error.

Resolved. Didn't use the SPL method.

Please let men know what steps you took to update.  I have ran into the same 
problem 
but cant resolve.  I keep getting same error message>
