What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When I reboot the phone, the sms messages all go back to 1970 time stamp
and cannot be read. Only if I back them up using GBackup can I read them.
2. Not receiving all my text messages.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I see a 0 is I send the sms and the number of the database corresponding to
the contact and a blank envelope, no message.
What build are you using? Do you have apps-on-sd? What radio? Did you wipe
after flashing (yes if you are on an auto-wipe build)?
I did a wipe, installed the latest radio, spl and 6.0r1, read that sms not
being received related to needing a wipe, wiped, and reinstalled all 3
again. Worked great, rebooted, and the sms went off again, and am not
receiving sms again.
Please provide any additional information below.
