after flashing ota with succes 1st then hard SPL it's stuck on 1st android screen and will not bidge. #361

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Flashed o-t-a2.22.19.26I sap/port/dream reboot all fine.I have a ADP1.
2.Flashed hard SPL rebooted stuck on 1st android screen
3.Stuck after that could not proceed

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A functional phone like i had after ota reboot.1st android screen is stuck

What build are you using? Do you have apps-on-sd? What radio? Did you wipe
after flashing (yes if you are on an auto-wipe build)?
Phone is stuck after flashing hard SPL.The ota was fine re-booted into 1.5 
no issue.Please help!!

Please provide any additional information below.
I did search & did not find a ADP1 with these issues
