Tried to put this latest SPL to HTC HERO

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Restore update-hero-generic-2.73.405.5-signed.zip to my HERO.
2. Try to flash Hero21-radio-update-signed.zip

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Should start. instead: The opened box with an arrow to the phone appears 
for a few sec. Atfer that the screen is black. I can't turn on without 
taking out the battery, I can't even start the fastboot screen.

What build are you using? Do you have apps-on-sd? What radio? Did you wipe
after flashing (yes if you are on an auto-wipe build)?

No apps on SD. I wiped it.

Please provide any additional information below.

I rooted and flashed my Hero with Modaco 2.9. Than flashed HERO21-18-
Community-signed.zip. I update Radio to 63.18.55.06HU_6.35.07.25 (Hero2.1-
radio-update-signed.zip) Updated SPL (http://sapphire-port-
dream.googlecode.com/files/spl-signed.zip) After this I could start 
fastboot and nothing else. I couldn't flash Modaco 2.9 or HERO21-1.8 (it 
wrote something about busybox:
HERO21
E:Can't symlink /system/xbin/bb/zcip
E:Failure at line 61:
symlink ../busybox SYSTEM:xbin/bb/zcip

installation aborted

Modaco 2.9
E:Can't cown/mod /system/xbin/busybox
(no such file or directory)
E:Failure at line 43:
set_perm 0 0 04755 SYSTEM:xbin/buxybox)
But I could flash update-hero-generic-2.73.405.5-signed.zip which was the 
original. Than I tried to flash the radio and I'm here.

I know that you work on G1. I just saw it. If I see it before I don't 
install this SPL. Do you know where could I get help?
