Can these changes be made to the next 5.0.1H build #58

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. English Dialer from forums
2. Chungwa Widgets removal
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There is more space available on the phone with the chinese widgets are
removed. The dialer should only have english on it for the english build.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
5.0.1h

This will be debated later. As it doesn't bother many people to have a bit of 
chinese 
on the dialer (english is just as visible as the chinese is) the complainers 
will have 
to see.. keep in mind there are all sorts of foreign fans, and chinese is a 
major 
group.
