Google Voice Search missing from 5.0.2H #88

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turning on the phone
2. Rebooting the phone

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I was expecting to see the google voice search app, or even the button on
the widget ;)  

What build are you using? Do you have apps-on-sd? What radio? Did you wipe
after flashing (yes if you are on an auto-wipe build)?
5.0.2H apps-on-sd, wiped, radio 1.22.14.11

Please provide any additional information below.

As far as I know, this isnt missing, its not a feature in the "HTC" builds. I 
know it
is in the "GOOGLE" builds. Perhaps you want to try the "G" versions.

yea this needs to be fixed/ported over from rc33?  What binaries are needed?

well I tried copying the apks from rc33 to 5.02Hr4 and had no luck, the widget 
gave
me constant force closes, if anyone has any luck doing it or can find the 
source or a
1.5 version let me know

Yea everytime I moved over the apks, logcat said missing dependencies
Later, I am going to read through the code for Voice Dialer and see if it lists 
any
dependencies (when moving either apk, it returned the same error)
