Data Connection Shows but Wont Connect after Wifi hand off

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn On WiFi
2. When you leave the Wifi Spot and it switches to cellular data
3. Shows "E" but will not connect until reboot

Happens on both 5.0.1H and 5.0.2H. I see the "E" but when I try to use data
it will not connect and I get an error. It will not reconnect until I
reboot the phone. Only seems to happen after the WiFi to cellular data hand
off.

I don't know if this is related or not because I only used the 5.0.2H build for 
a
short time this morning, but when I connected to WIFI I got BOTH the wifi and 
edge
data link icons showing up at the same time. I have never seen this before, 
usually
the edge link drops when I connect to wifi. I don't know if I even disconnected 
from
wifi after that. The edge worked after I added my APN's on first boot, and the 
wifi
worked after I added my WEP settings, but I don't think I tried to backtrack. 
Anyhow
the double icon was probably related to this issue.

Mike, 
I am not the expert, but did you try to install       Saphire-Radio-Update
(rc33).zip          ? this file after any update once?   because you need to do 
it once
after any update you want to try,   you need to rename again to  update and 
then do
the same process,  hopefully will fix your problem

I am on 5.02H, haven't updated the radio yet, but am also getting both icons. 
The
data arrows both are active when I load a page, or browse the market even 
though the
wifi is working.

(I know my wifi connection is functioning, because my signal goes in and out
frequently, and I still can access data with no cell signal).

It just seems to use data rather than wifi as long as I have a signal. I tried
turning off the data power saving thing in settings, but that doesn't stop it 
from
running.
