goal: transfer ownership of eyebrowse-2 to haystack

problem: github won't transfer ownership to haystack if haystack owns a fork of the same repository.

strategy: (1) pull request to merge changes into swgreen/eyebrowse-2. (2) delete haystack fork, (3) transfer ownership (4) rename to eyebrowse-chrome-ext
