Add usernames to bubble #30

I think adding a username on hover in addition to just the profile picture will help when you don't know the user from the picture itself. I imagine something similar to how the website works now with a small popover showing on hover. @amyxzhang thoughts? @LeaVerou any reason this would be difficult with the current implementation or do you think there is a better way?

I think it currently already does that, but it's the default alt popup instead of a javascript popover, so it takes a little while before it shows up. I agree that something that's styled nicer and more immediate would be better.

enlarging the avatar on hover also would help (at least on my hi-dpi screen, they're hard to interpret at current size).
