Added instructions for configuring Eyebrowse server to support SSL.

Just a note that I too am seeing errors regarding hardcoded http links affecting some things, for ex:

Mixed Content: The page at 'https://eyebrowse.csail.mit.edu/live_stream/' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure stylesheet 'http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Lato:400,700,400italic'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.
