sharedposts are unique, even if there are multiple sharing instances #117

This means that if a sharer shares with multiple people individually, each
share will link to the same sharedpost.  When the people go to share, the
system won't be able to tell the difference between different sharedposts.

we could make a sharedpostinstance, for which a shared post that is shared
at a given time can have a unique id.
