Create new sharedposts that were clobbered by funny logic #121

We fixed this bug from occurring on Wed, Aug 19, 2009 at 11:23 PM.

We need to write a script which takes sharedposts before this date, and
clusters recievers that got shared with more than 5 seconds from
one-another, and create a new sharedpost containing those sharedpostrecievers.
