if it's not before the study, we may bias them, and we may not get everyone
to fill the form out.

Also---would it be interesting to ask them the same questions before and
after the study?

True, though too much up-front work may hurt our chances of recruiting.  It's a
balance, I guess.  Not sure where I come down here yet.

A before-after might be really interesting.  Karger would say that we should 
just
collect the data either way.
