Incorrect count for number of thanks on thanks page #95

We count any thanks the receiver has ever sent as a thanks for the sender.
 Need to fix the query

Fixed in R230.

Current count for each receiver is the number of unique stories that they have
received which the sharedpost has a nonzero thanks count, and the sharedpost is 
from
that sharer.
