ability to ban member from a group

Admins can delete someone from a group, but if it's public, there is nothing stopping that person from just joining again. If they want to, admins should be able to ban removed members permanently. Banning someone from posting to a Murmur group is analogous to blacklisting a particular sender on Squadbox

also ability to temporary ban a member from posting (for like a week or some other amt of time). Github recently rolled out this capability.
