some things becoming tags that shouldn't, and tags without colors #199

was just looking at haystack group on Murmur and noticed some weirdness.

first, things that shouldn't be tags becoming tags (formatting related stuff?)

second, some of the tags seem to not be assigned colors so they just show up in white in the UI (I highlighted to show the text)

(also, weirdly, the last three have "0 posts" ?)

Some sort of bug, not sure the origin. But it should be possible to delete tags for admins on that page.
