Do-not-send list #227

Users can add members to whom they don't want to send their emails at the Murmur group setting webpage. Then emails won't be sent nor displayed to members at users' do-not-send list.

Add digest feature. It also considers the do-not-send list (i.e. if a user X adds a user Y to X's do-not-send list, there would be no X's email at Y's digest email)

If a user enables the feature, the daily digest email will be sent. The format would be: Subject line: [GROUP NAME] Digest %M/%d %H:%M ~ %M/%d Content: Today's topics:

  1. The first email subject line with a hyperlink to its murmur post (sender name)
  2. The second email subject line (sender name) ...
