Once a user has confirmed subscription by clicking the subscription link, if they ever return to the link there is an error right now (for ex: https://murmur.csail.mit.edu/subscribe/confirm/7b7033132f15f68085d8f3aef42c1b171bc3d6df)
We should instead have a page that says the subscription has already been confirmed and a way to get to their account settings for the group if they want to unsubscribe now.
