As a user having trouble logging in and attempting to reset my password, I would like to know how to contact support for the installation of Murmur #259

My password is no longer working with the installation of Murmur I'm using.

I try to log in:

I'm told that my account is inactive, which seems strange, though it has been a while since I've logged in, so I wonder if accounts are automatically deactivated after a while and what that time period would be:

I'm told to check my email to for a reset password link or whatever:

Time passes. (I tried this more than a week ago too.) I never get an email. 😒

At this point, I'm basically locked out of this installation of Murmur. I guess I could go install Murmur myself on my own server instead. πŸ˜„ I don't know where to turn for help with the installation of Murmur that I'm locked out of. Could a configurable support link be added? This link could simply be an email address, something like "support@murmur.csail.mit.edu" or "support@murmur.example.com". Or it could be a form if there is a desire for the email address to be hidden. If it helps, here's an example support form we implemented in the software I work on (Dataverse):

But again, "support" could simply link to a configurable email address.
