Associated mailing list functionality not working #294

When I add associated mailing lists to a mailing list neither the allow posts from the associated mailing list nor the forward posts to associated mailing list feature works

Closed because it does work but it's not very intuitive, but does have a serious issue #303. The functionality needs to be worked on since both mailing lists need to have the right settings for it to work, but there is no indication from one mailing list to the other. The admin has to figure it out by itself.
