Pop-up during PDF-HTML conversion #126

It would be nice to have some message appear during the conversion of PDFs to HTML. Some can take a little moment and it's not clear to the user whether a task has been started or not at the moment.

Thanks for this, Marc! Maybe the loading screen (that we have for CSV uploads) would be useful here?

Possibly. Basically anything that indicates something is happening. I don't know much about best practices in UI design but intuitively I feel like we've gotten used to something happening when we push a button - when nothing appears to happen instantaneously if feels like something is broken.
