Implemented Info Panels to Homepage

First part of homepage update: information panels on the left side of the page

Features:

• Grid layout of cards adjusts as screen is resized
• Demo video embedded into a card
• nb. logo updated to new icon image

Changes:

• Vuetify installed
• NavBar: new logo implemented
• TopPage: added vuetify grids and cards with content information

To do:

• Add links to cards for when about page is created
• Add Statistics information
• Potential formatting and styling

Thank @KMitzel this looks good. I suggest 2 PRs: 1- It seems that the home page (with the list of classes) was affected by the new design. Make sure the two pages (login and home pages) play nicely together. 2- make the login page responsive

@JumanaFM How was the homepage affected by the login page? I don't think I can see anything from the image you posted. I'm about to submit another PR with the log-in side more responsive, but am confused about the homepage being messed up as I'm not seeing it in my testing environment. Could you share some screenshots?
