Improve grading to handle exact due date #207

Marc:

the grading script is not pulling the due date from the assignment and requires instead that we give it a separate date. There is no way to set the time on the separate date and for whatever reason that means that we need to give it the day after the actual due date to make sure all on-time comments are scored
