"File editors" and "symbol editors" don't align when restored #33

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes/No

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Re-open a workspace where there's some delay before LSP being started
  2. Watch file-editors restore instantly (but not always aligned with eachother as they were originally saved... this one isn't a scaling issue, they just seem to have random vertical or horizontal offsets.)
  3. Sometime later, symbol based editors restore, but seemingly offset by some amount. It looks like everything is scaled correctly (most of the time at least), but restoring files at different times creates different shared origin points for restore.

This should be fixed in 0.19.3! Please let me know if it's still broken.

This is still sorta broken on 0.19.4
