Description: When bluetooth has been turned on and off something stops the 
kernel from getting the application CPU all the way down to Power Collapse 
(Lowest power saving mode) Suspend works normally with bluetooth turned on.

Recreation: Turn bluetooth on and off. See battery drain fast or look in dmesg 
to see suspend aborted.
