Description: There is no video playback with native videos. When scrolling 
ahead, still frames will display from the video. Audio can still be heard 
properly.
Recreation: Open a native video file.
Notes: Tested with 640x360 resolution MP4 video.

It is confirmed. Video payback doesn't work at all with YouTube nor native 
files.

I've tested some videos on MoboPlayer on IceDroid v8. Videos seem to work 
properly with that player. Having no video playback on this ROM is probably 
because of missing libraries or codecs.
