Workaround: Fully charge battery and clear Battery Stats in Clockwork Recovery.
Workaround Flaws: When the current battery runs out of power and you replace
the current battery with another fully charged battery, the meter will still
display "Low Battery". However, this will not force your device to shutdown nor
affect most applications that require a battery that's charged at a decent
percentage.
Possible Explanation: The battery meter measures internally in the firmware,
not showing an accurate reading of the physical volts.

The battery driver in the kernel needs to figure out what the lowest voltage
the battery still functions at. To do this it has to be discharged completely a
few times without removing the battery.

I am setting it as fixed. At least no more work will be done with it.
