Sound Recorder does not record audio #5

Description: No sound is recorded when using the Sound Recorder app. The volume 
meter does not move at all.
Recreation: Launch the Sound Recorder app.

Turns out it was a hardware failure from my device. I tested it with the 
Echo/Audio Test on Skype. I'm not exactly sure about it, but still I'm closing 
this issue.
