Description: Torch app crashes when turned on.
Recreation: Launch the Torch app.
Notes: The camera flash will not work at all with the Torch app.

The logcat output is:

E/AndroidRuntime(28423): Caused by: java.io.FileNotFoundException: 
/sys/class/leds/flashlight/brightness (No such file or directory)

The sysfs file is missing. This is provided by the kernel. Some kernel code has 
to be fixed to implement this.

This issue can be worked around by using a 3rd-party app. (e.g. OI Flashlight)
