Check current chime state before issuing toggle command #44

Before toggling chime, check if the current state is not already the same as the requested state (on/off). If it is, do not issue toggle command.

@haywirecoder hey there, didn't know how else to reach out so decided to drop a comment here. I created an iOS app that acts as a virtual keypad, using the EnvisaLink API. It presents you with a keypad on your phone and it's as if you were in front of a physical keypad. You can arm, disarm, bypass, enter programming mode, etc, everything you can do with the physical keypad. I was wondering you you'd be willing to give it a try as a beta tester. Let me know if you're interested and I can invite you to the TestFlight build.
