Add support for SQLite3 #31

Doesn't require a running database but allows us to do more nifty stuff.

As nginx does not have a module supporting SQLite(3) digest auth, we will have to build our digest auth file ourselves.

EDIT: sqlite3 digest auth is being worked on https://github.com/kunal/sqlite-http-basic-auth-nginx-module/issues/3
