Changes

Updated Hazelcast CRD apiVersion to v1 and changed its spec using guidelines explained here
Updated release scripts to use CRD version v1
Updated apiGroup of ingress to networking.k8s.io in ClusterRole manifests.

Tested the Operator in GKE Kubernetes version 1.21 and Minikube Kubernetes version 1.22.
