Nothing is standard in these docs, @JamesHazelcast ;-) - but I also like the oxford comma (if Gareth cares to add it).

I have been looking at style guides for us to adopt, and Google is the front runner: it also likes them https://developers.google.com/style/commas So, if not now, soon(ish)!
