No default user added during initial startup #291

version:3.9.1 When I first started, the access did not ask me to create a default user, but a login page, and I did not know the default user and password, which caused me to be unable to log in

Hazelcast 3.9.1 is no longer supported, please consider migration to the recent Hazelcast 5.5 release
