Current code is using version 1.3.1 of omd, this PR updates the code to the latest version.

"version 1.3.1 of opam" should be "omd" not "opam"
change the base branch of this PR to be the branch you branched from (Andrew's OCaml 5.2 branch), not dev, so the diff shows only the changes you're making.
