It would be good to show the order in which users raised hands as well.
Hello,
Imagine a case, we were conductig a distance learning with up to 84 people
using BBB. Users didn't have ability to talk in a conference as they were
muted. And during the course they had questions and raised hands with a button.
But it would be more convenient to know who raised his hnd first. So maybe
there a reason to implement a feature that would highlight user who asked for
asistance first and in an order to the last one?

Could be displayed with a number suffix on the hand as well.. so you know how
long you'll have to wait before getting your turn.
An additional button "I'm done speaking" should allow the current presenter to
automatically give the floor to whoever is first in queue, along with a "take
the mic" button that allows anyone to bypass the queue in case of emergency.
I like the way flashmeeting handles this queue (see attached screenshot from
http://flashmeeting.e2bn.net/help.html#interface)

We have this implement as part of the new Users module in upcoming
BigBlueButton 0.81: when a user raises their hand, they go near the top of the
list (just behind the presenter). See
