Can not start nginx service

Hi,

I am using CentOS 5.2.

After I install nginx, I can not start the nginx service.

Then I found out an error in nginx log file is 
[emerg] 3123#0: bind() to 0.0.0.0:80 failed (98: Address already in use).

And I think that port 80 is already use by Apache, so what can I do?

If it is relate to configuration files, what are the location and what are 
the sections that need to change?

Thanks before hand for any ideas.

stop apache, if you don't need apache. You can check /etc/nginx/nginx.conf for
further info.
