Chat does not support accentuated characters #381

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log into http://demo.bigbluebutton.org, or install it locally and log
into it;
2. In the chat Window, type "é";
3. "é" is printed instead of "é".

Using BBB 0.63 with Firefox on Ubuntu Karmic.
