Starting the desktop sharing mode automatically for the client. #383

Enhance the API so it is possible to configure
the client in such a way that it will start with
the desktop sharing turned on automatically.

The use case is as follows:

- The server-side of an application will push a
  "moderator" URL to one of the users. 
- The URL will start the BBB in the desktop sharing mode 
automatically. In other words he doesn't have to go and
click the desktop sharing icon to start the sharing session.
