Improve the Layout Manager

We've had a few users give feedback that they can't see the conference ID to 
join the demo server.

The attached screen shot shows why: on a 1024x768 monitor, the default 
layout of the chat window chops off the ID.

Need to make the BigBlueButton client a bit more aware of the screen size 
and automatically adjust the layout accordingly.
