Hi! I would like to add text (example Welcome to this BigBlueButton Demo
Server) in the chat window at the entrance to the conference as it can be
done?

please ask these questions on the user list.  This is not a bug.

Yes, you can do it.  Please see the API documentation page on the wiki.  You 
can 
specify a welcome message in the create call, or you can configure the default 
message 
on the server.
